The 10th Healthcare Executive Management Development Programme (HxMDP), being organised by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), will be held at Srinagar, India from April 28 to May 4, 2013.
The programme aims to enhance healthcare leaders' abilities to plan, organize, control, and lead their organizations and enable them discover new ways to handle issues, seize challenges and take their organizations and people to new directions.
The department of hospital administration of the AIIMS has been conducting a series of HxMDP which will open newer vistas in the understanding of managing healthcare facilities and hospitals.
The programme is designed for senior healthcare professionals (medical or non-Medical) occupying /likely to occupy leadership positions in medical and healthcare organizations. Those involved in policy-making, programme development and implementation at large hospitals/medical colleges/ healthcare organizations and responsible for healthcare capacity building, efficiency and excellence in medical service delivery, etc. would be the ideal participants.
The programme will benefit the participants as it will enhance the skill set in the core capabilities required to be an effective hospital administrator and deliver growth by evaluating and more effectively managing the participants' performance value drivers. It will help the participants confidently make strategic decisions by applying new frameworks in healthcare and gain fresh insights and perspectives on similar challenges faced by other participants.
